Friendly staff and amazing building.

Cons

No career progression, no appreciation for hard working staff, the Customer Service department is one of the most difficult departments to work in, it's bad enough being abused by Customers, but when this kind of behaviour is also coming from management, it's absolutely shocking. Staff are constantly bullied until they leave.
