      Pros

      Sociable-From the outset everyone is interested in your story and want to make you feel comfortable. Responsibility- Again here they challenge you but with sufficient guidance so that in the future you can thin and make dynamic decisions.

      Cons

      can have some long days. Some very rude customers at time, however, one must adapt to these situations and learn from them going forward

      Great recruitment process, helpful and lovely colleagues.

      I haven't come across any so far...working weekends will always be tough to get used to!
