Pros

If you put your best foot forward and come in ready to work every day then it's a pretty decent place to work.

Cons

Feed back from the floor staff to admin on what works or what could be done to improve the guest experience sometimes feels as if it has fallen on deaf ears.

Great Place To Learn But Not To Stay

Pros

The majority of staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good deal of collaboration and sharing of knowledge. There is a great deal of experience that can be gained. The location is beautiful, being surrounded by Liberty State Park. Overall, a great place to learn a variety of skills and dealing with a lot of people and ideas.

Cons

There is a lot of gossip and targeting of people if you're not in one of several cliques. Many on staff are overworked and feel unappreciated. Management appears to be oblivious of the staff morale issues or is just pretending it's not there. The result is many are looking for other work so they can feel appreciated. Most positions are dead ends or have very limited ways to advance. Praise and recognition are based on who you know and what clique you're in. The CEO is a very smart person, but a lot of authority has been extended to some very unprofessional people in management, that impacts negatively on most staff.
