The administrative personnel are a nightmare in their dealings with the floor staff! It seems as though if they are having a bad day they find an HA to whom they vent their frustrations. Personnel from all departments feel HAs are open to their demeaning and unprofessional comments. It’s sad because the majority of them could not make it in a truly professional environment. They are low paid and miserable and take it out on the HA staff.

Promises of employee evaluations and room for growth go unfulfilled. No growth. Paid less than local businesses for same work when this company is supposed to be growing (a multi-million dollar expansion soon!) Also, unclear rules and inconsistent distribution of hours among staff, as if favoritism was taking place. Department often understaffed, and terribly understaffed at the management level - yet little hiring or promotions taking place!
