Pros

Educating guests of all ages outside of the classroom setting is quite rewarding. I thought working here empowered me to really engage guests in a less conventional way.

Cons

Obviously there are some concerns about employee performance and discipline, but management could definitely trust employees to take their own initiatives.

Great job for high school students. Some exhibitions they bring in are really informative and fun.

Cons

Terrible management No room for promotions Upper offices is filled with snarky individuals who have no idea what it means to run an organization. CEO has zero interest in his employees or the center whatsoever. HR is a joke
