      The work/life balance is amazing. The employees are wonderful to work with. Everyone is always proactive and welcoming

      Pros

      There are a number of pros that I can choose to describe but I will just list a few. You can tell they truly care about their employees here. They offer great benefits and are always going to have input on all decisions. The people are super friendly and no one is too good to talk to new people. The first week I worked here, I had multiple conversations with the CEO and President of our company and they are super great. If you're a snacker like me, there are free snacks in the breakroom. It is honestly so great to be able to just go grab something and eat it on the go while working.

      Sometimes the buildings can get a little hot or cold.
