Pros

The development team is really great group working together to put out some really interesting products. A lot of focus on the user experience so you understand how your projects are impacting and helping people.

Cons

None really, enjoying working here.

Pros

Good benefits that are 100% paid for by the company. Most fellow engineers are nice enough co-workers.

Cons

Absolutely no WFH opportunities for anyone that's worked there less than 5-10 years. Management is insistent on using completely antiquated technology and suggestions for what would be seamless upgrades are shutdown immediately. The Engineering leadership is set in their ways of using obsolete, unsupported technologies. Explorations and experimentations of new technologies for the sake of improving the existing product lineup is often met with accusations of stealing company time.

Pros

very friendly coworkers & management, culture is very good, expectations of employees are reasonable, work life balance is great

Cons

the only real con for software developers is, the codebase is basically 100% VB.NET and is somewhat poorly written; if you are okay with using older technologies, you aren't a huge stickler for code quality, & you are okay with a slower pace of development and new things in general, you will probably love it there. it is probably culturally comparable with other software companies in the healthcare space.
