It's a very mixed bag, some parts are great, some are very bad.

Pros

Some benefits, help foreign students/workers keep a work visa to stay in the country, stable environment.

Cons

Way too many intra/inter-office politics, pay and benefits not always on par with market, employees generally treated as seats to be filled and not often enough promoted internally. Also, rules for employees are very restrictive.

Pros

Great job to work towards a common goal. Good benefits and employees are treated well for the most part. Jerry Falwell Jr is a great leader.

Cons

Pay isnt great if you are not doing it for the extremely nice benefits. Could get paid more money elsewhere
