Pros

Good atmosphere of professionals pulling toward a common, over-arching goal. Christian values are not just spoken, but actively lived here. Some of the brightest and most energetic younger managers are committed to providing the best possible product for our students.

Cons

Internal politics is still present (alas!), so sometimes one has to be careful where one "steps" so as not to irritate the wrong people. (This is common with 98% of organizations on the planet.) Sometimes, internal communications are not thought through, so they create more questions than they answer.
