      Working at LS&S has been an incredibly positive experience, largely thanks to the amazing people I get to work with every day. The team here is not only talented and dedicated but also genuinely supportive and collaborative. It's a joy to come to work when you're surrounded by such a fantastic group of individuals who uplift each other and make it easy to come to work every day. I truly value the relationships I've built and the vibrant, encouraging atmosphere they create.

      A foot in the door at best

      Pros

      You'll meet some great people at branch level.

      Cons

      No raises, but the longer you work the more you're expected to do. Often the branch managers are told many different things by many different higher-ups. There is little to no communication between county and ls&s so expect sudden changes with no warning for you or the patrons. Oh, and you'll have to deal with that too, the patrons angry because of sudden and unexpected changes.
