Pros

Working with the public is great and there are lots of ways to help people who need it.

Cons

The company manages all county libraries and treats it's employees with little respect and pays next to nothing compared to the work done. Super high turnover rate.

Pros

I was given many opportunities for professional development & advancement in my time working for LS&S. I would not have my experience or advanced career trajectory without their faith & support in me over the last 6 years. I felt like a valued part of a team working to ensure that unique communities are getting everything they want out of their library systems.

Cons

Every contract is different based on the community wants & needs which can sometimes adjust a traditional reporting structure.
