      Pros

      The recruitment process, even during the pandemic, was very well handled. The support I have gotten while on the job has been great. They have an internal intranet that is full of good ideas and functions well.

      Cons

      I have no cons to report, except that the city that I am working for is changing the contract to make me a city employee- I am OK with how things went, but I really like working with LS&S.
