The company is a good company to work for if it fits the circumstances of your life. For me, this has been a good opportunity and I have had a lot of personal and professional growth in this position. The benefits are really good.

Cons

The company is notorious for low balling pay, even for top performers. It's a great place to work to get some solid work experience on your resume and move on to make more money elsewhere. There is high turnover.
