Pros

(1) People stay at the Library of Congress for years and years. Employees routinely return as volunteers once they retire. This is a safe place to work, very diverse race, gender, age, etc. (2) Also, wherever possible, they allow telework, although executives have to come into the office 2-3 times a week. Some roles are completely telework. (3) There are opportunities to take on new roles.

Cons

Don't have any. Best job I ever had.
