If you work here don't work for CIO, CRS & COP. Their management all share a clique like it's high school and have each other numbers phone to make your life hell. The IT staff are disorganized, and you can tell it's their management not the staff. Non Mgmt staff always changes but the problems don't. The problems are the mgmt on both Fed\Contract side. However there is no one to change this steer clear.

I interviewed and thought that at a senior level they’d ask questions that dealt more with organizational behavior, metrics, and supervision. The interview was strange in that it seemed like they asked compounded questions that weren’t relevant to a supervisory position. I’ve done plenty of interviews for hiring personnel and it just seemed that they possibly had someone else in mind but had to interview me since I was highly qualified.
