Pros

Great Team Ethic, Roles are clear and structured, colleagues are patient and welcoming for new starters.

Cons

Very few downsides. Only comment would be that as the business is run 'top-down' it can take a while for changes in process to be rolled out at regional level.

Pros

-good pay -friendly staff -great for cv as a student -10% discount helps

Cons

-didnt really get any formal training (although this was due to me starting work during a busy time of year) -if you can only work weekends the work is monotonous

The training was excellent and the pay is very good for what the job is

Cons

There is a lot of work per day for each employee and sometimes its hard to meet the targets set by management
