Pros

-Work you hard, good workout! - Good progression IN SOME STORES - Good pay

Cons

- Ridiculous hours - Ridiculous breaks - They make promises for great progression but that is so subjective to the store you're in, I know someone that has worked there for six years and is still a customer assistant - he does want to move up - Such a depressing envrionment, no general sense of happiness or feeling of wanting to work there - SO much focus on productivity with no real incentive and they are not at all bothered if you injure yourself in the process
