Pros

The pay is amazing- starts at £8.75 (I believe) The company really looks after its workers Incredibly friendly managers Progression is possibly and encouraged

Cons

Early starts 5/ 5:30 , at Christams time 4:30 It's hard work especially in the mornings and you will be put under a lot of pressure For some this might be a positive but in my situation it was not- you work a lot more hours than your contract is for

Pros

Lots of people interaction, good pay and benefits, busy work schedule. good training program and long term support from head office.

Cons

Demanding hours, not paid back in holiday or over time, regular staff shortages mean there is always a change in working scheduled which is very demanding on private life.
