      Pros

      Working at Life.Church has given me a community of some of the most supportive people I have ever met. I love that my job is fast paced. We are given numerous resources to grow and develop in whatever areas we need to. I am in an environment that allows me to ask questions and that is a huge pro for me!

      Cons

      The feedback culture could be a con, IF you struggle with being able to take it and apply it in a way that helps you. I also recognize that the fast pace environment isn't for everyone.

      We agree with you: Life.Church is a fast-paced environment! We definitely don’t have it all down yet, but we are always trying to get better at making sure that the time you spend outside the office with family and friends is as fruitful and fulfilling as the time you get to invest at work.
