Life.Church is a great place to work. Culture is awesome. I've grown in every area of my life (professionally, personally and spiritually) massively while on staff. The benefits are great, there are so many things that are covered 100% with $0 out of pocket. I have a ton of contentment and joy doing what I do and I love getting to be a part of life change all around the globe.

Cons

Working a Life.Church isn’t for everyone but that's ok. You need to feel called to work here or you’re going to have a hard time. Things are fast-paced and are constantly changing, in a good way but if you're not adaptable, you’ll have a tough time. The culture is super high feedback, which is a key component to why the work culture is so great but most places are not like this, so it can be hard for some people to adjust to.
