      Pros

      The leadership development environment is incredible. I am cared for as a team member and a follower of Christ.

      Cons

      We deal with difficult situations... marriages that are struggling, people dealing with addictions, kids that are hurting themselves... it's not always easy to carry the burden of pastoring in a broken world.

      I truly don't have an organizational con. You will be held to high standards, and be expected to work hard. If work ethic isn't a value for you, you will not fit within our culture!
