      Pros

      The culture here at Life.Church is so intentionally healthy. It's a place where those with high integrity are rewarded and each employee is encouraged to grow into their best selves. Everyone here is here because of the mission. Due to the passion for the mission, we give honest feedback, set goals, and do our best to live healthy lives that allow us to stay in ministry for the long-haul. I'll also add that the pay here is much better than the pay at most churches.

      Cons

      There's a mutual understanding that everyone who works here could be making more money somewhere else, but the mission here is worth more than the pay we're laying down.

When you work for Life.Church you feel prepared and ready to work to your potential, skills and abilities because they set you up for success.
