Truly such an amazing place to work. I love that I get to work with people that I truly enjoy and we are working for an amazing mission —to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ! Not only this, but the leadership and professional development is unparallel. There is always an endless supply of opportunities to grow and further your skills in any area. I truly feel appreciated, valued, and cared for as an employee.

Cons

The work that we're doing is really important and with that sometimes calls for high stress and hard work. However, there has never been a time where I didn't feel supported or like I couldn't ask for help. :)
