      Pros

      Leadership truly cares about each and every person on the team. Everyone is united for the same purpose - to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ and that shows in everything. Trust is given freely, from the very first day. I love that I can use my gifts to serve my team, my church, and a greater purpose. Development opportunities are everywhere and I have never worked anywhere with a healthier culture. The benefits are amazing. The people you work with are the highest caliber.

      Cons

      The pay is comparable for other non-profits, but could always be better. You are expected to be fully bought into the mission to work here. That is not a con for me, but might be for some. This is not just a career, it is a calling. We work for a really amazing cause and that can be stressful at times.
