      You are resourced in ways I've never seen in the church world! On top of that the passion for the mission across the staff is unparalleled. You get to link arms with some of the brightest, most passionate leaders...all centered around leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

      Life.Church is a place where I get to use my passions and gifts, while fulfilling my purpose.

      Cons

      This is not a con, but passion, drive, and wok ethic is a must. If you do not enjoy being challenged and constantly striving to become better, you will not enjoy working here. When you are on fire for the mission, it is almost impossible not to.
