      Pros

      Life.Church is one that values development personally and professionally. They truly care for the individual as they keep the vision and mission of the organization at the forefront. You get to serve a purpose so much bigger than yourself and see life change in those around you as well as in your own life!

      Cons

      It is a fast pace environment that can sometimes feel hard to keep up with. I understand the reason behind it is for us to always get better, but the high feedback culture can sometimes get tiring.

      Can't imagine being anywhere else

      Pros

      Leadership, Growth, Trust, Accountability. Can't imagine working for a place that pushes me so hard but also loves me and my family so well. This job is a calling and I can't imagine doing it anywhere else.

      Such a strong and healthy culture can be adverse to change at times
