      They don't hire you to fullfilling a job but to fulfill your God Calling. They support you to grow first in your personal relationship with God, family, and exhaust resources to help you grow and Win at your current role.

      Cons

      Runs at an extremely fast pace and if you're not prepared to sacrifice and shift during the prime seasons, then it could hard to keep up

      Over the last 6yrs with Life.Church I've grown and developed more as a leader and Christ follower than I did in my previous 10yrs in Education. I love the development culture and opportunities to contribute in my strengths. Flexible and family friendly atmosphere at the campus level.

      Cons

      Our work in important and often urgent, so the hours and intensity can feel overwhelming at times.
