      Pros

      I have never worked in such a caring and amazing environment. We are united for one mission, however we are able to be our individual selves.

      Cons

      It is a high feedback culture, which took some time to get used to. Through the high levels of feedback I have developed in both my leadership and specific job duties quickly.

      Pros

      I know I'm cared about as a person because of the opportunities for growth and development. My coworkers have easily become my family, and the benefits are ridiculously generous. The schedule can be flexible, and there's always an opportunity for fun.

      Cons

      The schedule can be very demanding at times, and there is always potential to be asked to move. Figuring out a work-life balance can be tricky at times.
