      Pros

      I love that LC models the “family is your first ministry” model. They genuinely care about your personal life and well-being. Also their intentionality on staff development is top notch. Above all, the mission/purpose of why Life.Church exists is what it’s all about.

      Cons

      Feedback is a vital part of this culture, so if you can’t adapt to feedback in order to get better, you may not last long.

      Life.Church is dedicated to our mission of leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. As a LC staff member you will be given endless opportunities for growth and leadership development. Growth is not an option it is a requirement.

      Cons

      LC is not for the fain of heart. Our Misson dictates a focused demanding pace that is not easy to adjust to.
