      Pros

      So much to say in this section! I've been with Life.Church for almost 2 years and it has, by far, exceeded my expectations. The leadership is healthy and actually cares about you AND your family. Since being a part of Life.Church my family is stronger, my faith has grown, and my compassion for others has increased. This is not a "career" it truly is a calling to be a part of LC. The feedback culture is healthy and incites you to grow to better love and serve others. It's the family that I've been praying and the friends that I've needed. We are united in vision to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

      If you are prone to blame others and not take responsibility for yourself, this is not the place for you. If you want to sit around and just pray, this place is not for you. If you are unwilling to grow, this place is not for you. Do you shy away from giving or receiving feedback or tend to want to just fly solo this place is not for you...are you seeing a theme?
