- Life.Church has great benefits - I love the people I work with - We have the opportunity to continuously learn and grow - Our leaders genuinely care about us - We get to be part of something so much bigger than ourselves

- The fast pace can be hard to keep up with at times - It takes a bit to get used to being in a high feedback culture

I could have never imagined when starting my career that I would work at a place where I would grow so much as a person and leader, make such a global impact that continues to expand, be a part of such a healthy work culture, work with some of the best driven leaders, fulfill my personal calling, and love my job. I am beyond blessed to be a part of this team, this church, and this mission...and we are just getting started.

Cons

The growth is continual. The mission is monumental. Team members are fully empowered to lead their area and themselves. These are not a cons but they do require constant intentionality around leading through and managing your energy and time.

Cons

If you need specific instructions and can't self-lead then working here might be tough.
