      Pros

      I love working at Life.Church because of the mission, the focus on personal growth and development, and the culture of the organization. I have what I need to do my job well and I never dread Mondays—I'm excited to go back into the office each week.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but as an organization, we value feedback which means you'll give and receive lots of it. Feedback is a gift, but it can be challenging to receive it if you aren't used to it.

      - Focus on Missions (To lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ) - Great culture due to high standards in recruitment, trusting feedback culture, and extremely unifying vision. - Empowerment for all individuals/teams - Constant Improvement

      - There are always things to improve but I don't have any real cons.

      Fast paced work environment and high expectations. These motivate me, but may not do the same for everyone.
