      I love that we are challenged daily, supported through each challenge, and provided feedback along the way that makes me a better leader. The mission of God is always at the forefront of what we do!

      The pace on staff is not for everyone.

      We agree with you: Life.Church is a fast-paced environment! We definitely don’t have it all down yet, but we are always trying to get better at making sure that the time you spend outside the office with family and friends is as fruitful and fulfilling as the time you get to invest at work.       Pros

      Everyone that works is hers is all a part of one team. We push each other to work harder to achieve our mission. The culture of Life.Church is unlike any other. Every person on the team cares about you and wants the best for you. There are plenty of leadership/growth opportunities. Joining the team at Life.Church was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

      Cons

      Life.Church is a fast paced environment and you are expected to grow your own leadership skills. (<-- Not a con.) If you are not able to work quickly or have the discipline to push yourself, then you probably will not last very long.

      Pros

      Such a caring environment to work in. Very flexible with you. Great benefits. Teach you to become better at what you do. Lots of work events to spend time together. Very close knit organization.

      Cons

      Really push you to grow so can be uncomfortable at times. Wish we knew more people from other departments.
