      Great culture Focused on the development of you in all aspects Collaboration and feedback from all angles Days are always different Everyone around you is excited to be here and eager to help always!

      Cons

      Fast paced work - not a con if you love working that way! Work life balance - there are busy seasons for sure, but having a team to rally with through the tough times is amazing!

      Pros

      First of all, I love getting to work at Life.Church because I get to use my gifts to grow heaven! Also, the team as a whole is so willing to help each other out. We all want each other to win in their roles so I always feel supported not only by my leaders but the team at large. With that being said, there is a lot of development that happens around here. That takes some getting use to, but you have to know it's all out of love. Plus, if you're real with yourself, you wouldn't want to stay at a workplace who doesn't care about you developing and getting better!

      Cons

      We are very fast paced here at Life.Church. Sometimes we can move so quickly that we don't take time to pause and celebrate the wins. It's a hard balance because we have to keep moving forward but we never want to miss what's happening all around us.
