      Pros

      There is a great development culture. If you want to get feedback, grow, and learn to be a better leader, this is a fantastic place to work. I would not be the leader or wife I am today without this place. They truly care for you! I love that I get to use my skills to further the Kingdom.

      Cons

      My role is more of a 8am-5pm schedule. My husband is also on staff and works at a campus and his schedule is all over the place. It can be difficult at times to navigate his schedule and prioritize family time. At the same time, there is nothing else we would rather do! We have learned to navigate those seasons with support and wisdom from leaders and friends.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing! We are always learning and growing in our roles and in our leadership. Everyone cares about your personal and professional development and pours so much into you as a person. The staff feels like family and we all serve an amazing mission together! I honestly cannot say enough good things about working here. If you're thinking about applying, just do it, you will not regret it.

      There really aren't any that I can think of.

      Great culture: grace filled, trustworthy, and supportive environment that encourages everyone to become the best they can be. Flexible and family-friendly. And doing it all for the Kingdom.

      Cons

      Takes some getting used to just how caring and open everyone is.
