      Pros

      Literally everyone lives on mission & shares a common drive to honor the Lord! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The common drive for excellence is palpable & contagious. So thankful I get to "work" here...it's the fulfillment of a dream job opportunity!

      Cons

      With so many solid methods/structures/culture, there is a lot of systems to learn up front...but once you do, it's such a joy!
