Pros
I am constantly pushed and challenged, but with a balance of encouragement and support! I feel safe with my team, opening up about issues or celebrations in my personal life and my family's life. The benefits are out of this world and give me the comfort of knowing I will always be taken care of. One of the little things I love most about Life.Church is our value for strengthening and protecting marriages. We have accountability standards that are non negotiable to uphold for opposite gender staff members.
Cons
One of the only cons I could think of is not being able to work at the same campus as your spouse. You can both work for the organization, but at different campuses or Central roles.
