      Healthy culture, incredible leadership, personal development, accountability, encouragement, great people, amazing benefits, the list goes on.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be stretched - if you can learn to take feedback with a humble spirit and quickly implement that feedback - you will grow tremendously.

      Pros

      - Healthy culture and leadership - Fast paced environment that makes every week feel exciting and fresh - The amount of life change that takes place at Life.Church is incredibly inspiring - Vacation, benefits, and the tools you need are given to you (macbook, development dollars, etc.)

      Cons

      - Be prepared to work hard - Flexibility is one of our values for a reason - You need to always be pushing yourself and owning your development as a leader to make it long term
