      Pros

      I get to do what I love the most at a place that makes a huge impact on the world! The people I work with are top-notch, and our Leadership Team is amazing. We get to reach people in every nation through Church Online and the YouVersion Bible App. We also equip church pastors and leaders for free through Open Network. It's awe-inspiring to be a part of a mission like that for Christ!

      Cons

      Flexibility is a must. It's a demanding workplace and I have to adapt to change quite often.

      Pros

      Everyone is on mission for Jesus. In doing so, they model His love for one another by truly caring about the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each person. It's a high performing culture because everyone wants to do their very best for God. The leadership leads by example. I feel valued!

      Cons

      The onboarding process and documentation for new software engineers is lacking and I felt like I was fumbling around for the first few weeks.
