Pros

- Glassdoor's #1 best place to work for small-mid size companies! - You always did matter, but at Life.Church you feel it everyday. - You will not find a place to work with better culture or benefits. Seriously, you won't. - Freedom to apply modern, ever changing digital product tactics. - Trust is freely given, mistrust is earned (red tape does not exist here). - Remote friendly (although most people just would rather be here most of the week). - I laugh my butt off AT LEAST once a day. - Your leaders care. A lot. Not just about the work, but about you, your family, and your development. - Everyone is wicked smart, but super humble. - Drama doesn't weigh us down because there really isn't any. - I have everything I need to do my job well. New computer every few years or as needed, I am given money just to spend on my personal development, I am given money to apply to my phone bill, I am given money to go toward my wellness. - Clean, beautiful, modern office spaces. - Really good coffee. - Basketball court. - Nerf gun battles.

I can't think of one.

Pros

Personal and character development opportunities. Marriage and family support. Incredible job satisfaction due to the clear and exciting mission and impact, both locally and globally. Passionate coworkers, Top notch values. Excellence, love, challenge, and continual growth.

Cons

It may not be the location we would have chosen, or as high a salary as we could get elsewhere—but the pros totally outweigh the cons. We give up things we love for things we love even more!

Organization that Cares

Pros

It's rare to find an organization that cares for its employees and their families as much as Life.Church does. Team members aren't just valued for what they can accomplish but for who they are as individuals. There's so much care put into helping team members develop personally, spiritually, and professionally. The intentionality is unmatched. It's also inspiring to work with so many world changers who are all working hard to achieve the same mission- to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Cons

One of the biggest ways we develop personally, spiritually, and professionally is through the giving and receiving of feedback. It's incredibly valuable and necessary to increase our self awareness and ability to have crucial conversations, but it's not easy. This environment is challenging in the best way, but it's not for everybody.
