6yWe’re sorry your experience working at Life.Church wasn’t what you hoped it would be, but agree it’s not for everyone. The work we do is demanding because we believe there is no better mission on Earth than to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Because we understand the weight of ministry we offer significant benefits to help everyone who works here grow stronger personally, professionally, and spiritually every day. We take mental health seriously as is echoed even from our top leadership Pastor Craig who is very open about his counseling and pursuit of mental, physical and spiritual strength.
