      Mission-minded, high-development culture, high feedback culture, opportunities to grow, accessibility to top leadership, fast paced, forward thinking, employee benefits provide for wholistic care of the individual. Family oriented, leadership focus, clarity in expectations.

      Cons

      I don't consider these cons, but for someone considering working at LC: Working at LC is mission-driven so you will be in a constant state of discomfort. If you prefer to remain complacent, or expect others to own your personal development, you'll find yourself frustrated working here.

      Our culture is incredibly special. We are blessed with the best leadership and the greatest mission on earth.

      Cons

      If you do not enjoying work hard, you will probably see that is a con. We expect a lot and you’ll need to be ok with that.
