Pros

Place of incredible personal and professional growth and development. It's a healthy environment that fosters great relationships and encourages open and honest feedback. For the last 8 years, I can honestly say I've enjoyed going to 'work' because it truly is a calling, not a job. My family and I are invested and believe in what we get to be a part of.

Cons

We run so fast that sometimes, we need help slowing down or taking a moment to pause.

High feedback culture, mission driven, great team work culture. This is a great environment to work in you will always be growing and always moving in the same direction of leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Cons

The high feedback culture can be difficult if you are not sure how to apply feedback.

Pros

I've worked in ministry for the last 8 years and I have had the privilege to be apart of a number of churches both small and large. Life.Church has been the healthiest church I've been apart of yet. From the top down there is accountability and balance to every person in leadership. Its a place where feedback is not only welcomed but encouraged and that goes for anyone in any position. The leadership truly cares about every individual on staff and that shows through the generous salary/benefits and the personal/spiritual investment they make into you as a leader. Due to my experiences, I came in as a skeptic, looking for at least one red flag to be discovered about the leadership and structure but over a year on staff and I have nothing but positive things to say. I'm grateful to be apart of this organization and what God is doing through our church.

Cons

It can be a very fast-paced culture, things move and happen quickly and if you aren't used to that then it could a hard adjustment.
