      Pros

      A highly intentional, efficient, driven, purposeful, and caring work environment. People care more about who you are than what you do. A environment where I am encouraged to first become a more devoted follower of Christ and then a better husband, leader, future dad and employee. I can't imagine doing anything with my life. It's more than a job, its a calling.

      Cons

      Only con I can think of is that occasionally I feel as though I'm operating and leading through someone else's plan instead my own.
