      At Life.Church, you have the opportunity to be part of the greatest mission on earth. The leaders of the church do a good job of keeping the mission in front of you. You have every opportunity you could want to grow and get better.

      Cons

      It does operate at a fast pace so you'll need a strong work ethic to keep up.

      We agree with you: Life.Church is a fast-paced environment! We definitely don’t have it all down yet, but we are always trying to get better at making sure that the time you spend outside the office with family and friends is as fruitful and fulfilling as the time you get to invest at work.

      - Great benefits - Great Time-Off Policy - Organization cares about their employees - Great culture - You'll walk away every day in disbelief that you get to do this

      Cons

      - Work/Life time ratio can SOMETIMES get out of wack unless you speak up or make adjustments.
