Incredible leadership. Excellent culture. Awesome opportunities for development. I could not imagine working for another church. Life.Church has brought the best out of me. Also Craig is the real deal.

Cons

It's true that there are seasons where the pace is fast—it's not really a con but candidates should be aware that this is not a place where you can coast.

From a developmental standpoint, Life.Church offers incredible tools and resources to invest in people to strengthen leadership abilities, spiritual gifts, and other strengths. From an employment standpoint, I have never had the freedom to have such ownership, freedom, and ability to pursue my passion and our mission. Our benefits are more valuable to our family than those I've received from a top 50 Fortune 500 company. Above all else, I've been given the opportunity to work for a living to grow the kingdom of God, love people, lead people, and grow the Capital C Church.

Cons

Flexibility to travel and relocate is a must with Life.Church, which is a great opportunity to grow, and also can be a challenge.

Pros

I love that there is no cap to how much I can grow as a leader and that I am pushed by my peers to improve as a leader as well as a follower of Jesus.

Cons

There are weeks that we work very long hours and it can be draining. When I think about what I am working longer hours for, to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ, it is so worth it.
