      Pros

      Great church and organization that really helps come alongside you in whatever capacity you need. They focus on empowerment over control. Micromanaging is not existent and don't mind if you fail forward. Most importantly my relationship with God and my family has deepened because of the work I am doing here.

      Cons

      Not many. There is a lot of feedback, not just from "superiors" but everyone. If you are not used to getting feedback this can be an adjustment.

      Feedback is present all the time. Keep yourself focused on how others want to help you grow through feedback instead of seeking at harmful.
