      Unbelievable culture of growth and development. I feel supported and encouraged by the leadership.

      Nothing that is unique to Life.Church, ministry is hard because there are a lot of struggling people.

      Pros

      It is unbelievable how God has shaped my journey at Life.Church. I entered the team 11 years ago knowing I was called to ministry, but I lacked the detail of in what function. That first role engaged some skills that I brought to the table, but over the years the development culture and the amazing leaders that have surrounded me have allowed me to grow and step into the calling God has for my life. At this point, I feel as though I am in the center of His will and would be honored and humbled to continue serving Him in my current role for the remainder of my career.

      Cons

      I don't have cons because of how much I love my job. Similar to other reviews on Glassdoor, there is a commitment to sacrifice as it relates to compensation that is a part of working at Life.Church. I support that vision.

      Pros

      I love that there is no cap to how much I can grow as a leader and that I am pushed by my peers to improve as a leader as well as a follower of Jesus.

      Cons

      There are weeks that we work very long hours and it can be draining. When I think about what I am working longer hours for, to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ, it is so worth it.
