Thank you for your feedback! You’re right: The work we’re called to do is demanding! We believe it’s the most important work we can do here on Earth. To do that work, it’s crucial to steward our time, energy, and resources well, and we encourage our staff members to do that in a variety of ways to avoid burnout.
