      Pros

      LC allows growth in so many avenues of your life. It is the best organization in the world and I couldn't see myself anywhere else.

      Cons

      There need to be more campuses for more people to experience what LC is all about.

      Pros

      The mission of Life.Church is compelling and it's the framework for everything we do. There's very low drama and "office politics". It really feels like we are all here for the same reason -- lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

      Cons

      We work hard, the grind can wear on you after awhile. We have a generous vacation policy, but many holidays are tough to take off.

      Pros

      Here are 3 reasons it is the best place to work. One...as a company they make sure that you put your faith first, family second, and work third. Two...my leaders do not limit me and continue to help me expand my development. Three...I am able to fulfill my purpose as well as make a world changing impact.

      Cons

      It can be hard transitioning from an unhealthy work environment into a healthy environment and I think there is room to have tools to help with the transition.
